Meeting The Fall Fop Meeting has been approved as a work day with use of the state vehicle for transportation, please car pool were you can. We will again have the meeting at the Johnstown Sportsman Club in Johnstown, meeting starting at 10:00 am till 12:00pm. Lunch will be from 12:00 pm till 1:00pm, training will start at 1:00pm and end at 5:00pm. Training will be provided by Detective Roberts from the Columbus Police Dept. Organized Crime Unit, see attached flyer for information. |

Spring Meeting
To encourage attendance, a special raffle will be held for only those attending for a firearm valued up to 500.00. There will also be a 50/50 and a general raffle.
For the general raffle, I am
asking that all members in attendance to bring 1 item for
the raffle, this was brought up by a member and is a good
idea. We all have something new, laying around we do not
use, why not bring it for the raffle at the meeting and
someone else might use it.
If anyone has anything they want
to bring up please contact me to put you on the agenda and I
hope to see you all there.

The next lodge meeting will be at the Johnstown Sportsman
Club in Johnstown, Ohio on February 21 (Presidents Day). This
meeting announcement was also in the law newsletter you received
in your state email. It will start at 10 am, this is not a
work day, drive your own vehicle and on own time. This will be
a very important meeting to attend, will be discussing the
recent State FOP Board Meeting, which included updates on
collective bargaining changes and retirement changes and the
plan to try to prevent them or lessen the damage. If you cannot
attend please make sure someone from your district will be
there. All attending members will be eligible for a drawing on a rifle or shotgun, must be present to win. |
