ARTICLE 57 - SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL

Bargaining unit members who are regularly assigned to work shifts, including Enforcement Agents at the Department of Public Safety, shall receive a shift differential of $.75 per hour for each hour worked commencing at 5:00 p.m. and ending at 6:00 a.m. The shift
differential shall be added to the employee's regular rate of pay. No shift will be changed for the sole purpose of avoiding the payment of shift differential.
