Bishop, Mike Higgins, Chuck Stout, Eric McCune, Rachel O’Conner. – Had
conversation with administration about budget 04-05 cut 4% for FY 04, 6% FY05,
Current posting for Park Officers will be filled, no additional information at
this time. – State Spring Board meeting cancelled – Pete said he will not run
for OLCI board position he is putting his support behind Tom Harred Wildlife
Lodge. – Annual Touch Run Donation Motion: Licht: $250.00. Second: Stout: Vote:
Passed. – Outdoor Writers membership has been paid. ii. Vice President’s Report – Discuss recent activities with the
Negotiating Team finial copies will be coming out soon for review. – Old Lodge
Computer to go to Casasanta. iii. Secretary’s Report – Introduce Jeremy Davis Park Officer at
Hocking Hills that is producing and administrating new lodge web page

Discussion about web page Links will be up to Davis, All are asked to provide
input via e-mail to Brian Bishop about web site. Old laptop give to Davis to see
if it can be used for web site. iv. Treasure’s Report – Balance $3358.81 and $0.00 balance on credit
cards. No outstanding expenses, today’s pizza. b. Report of Trustees: i. District 1 Trustee – Cookout on June 8, 2004 @ 4:00pm. Malabar Farm
State Park, Brad Copeland’s House. Food and necessities will be done through the
Mohican Lodge. All who shows are asked to bring a desert dish. This is open all

officers. Parks, Watercraft. – Had discussion on garity issues related to
possible witness – discuss two local grievances – President will have Dave sit
in on the new hire tribunal for Burr Oak, Shawnee, and Salt Fork. – Watercraft
Scheduling Concerns discussed for Dist 4. v. District 5 Trustee – Advise that he has transfer to Tar Hollow and
can still be contacted by his district for FOP maters c. Committee Reports: i. Grievance – Some listed ii. Labor / Management & Health – No Meeting iii. Negotiating Team – Elections of new members Brian Bishop, Pete
