Division of Parks Transfer Request Procedure Current Transfer List on file with Central Office (MS Excel version) Each Park Officer, Park Specialist, and Park Investigator has the privilege of submitting a transfer request at the beginning of each calendar year. For a complete list of Transfer Guidelines, CLICK HERE. *ALL previous submissions are discarded on December 31st of each year. A new Transfer Request form must be submitted each year. The request must be submitted, in writing (faxed or mailed), between January 1st and January 10th to:

Changes to the January transfer request or new transfer requests may be submitted during the first ten days in July.
Submit change requests in writing to the address listed above. When completing a change request, be sure to fill in the form completely (include all locations from the initial request that you still would like consideration for, along with any new locations. You may change the order of transfer locations listed.)
